The WORK covered in the Contract Documents generallyincludes reconstruction of Teal Street from Jordan Avenue to Crest Street. WORK will include replacement of the water main and services, replacement of 18-inch AC sanitary sewer main and services, and installation of a new storm drain system.
The Consultant shall provide contract administration and all necessary inspection for the Teal Street Reconstruction project. The Consultant shall ensure that the contractor constructs the work in accordance with the authorized Drawings and Specifications for the Teal Street Reconstruction Contract No. BE23-123. The WORK covered in the Contract Documents generally includes: Reconstruction of Teal Street from Jordan Avenue to Crest Street.
The general description of work for which proposals are to be received consists of: Remove and replace concrete sidewalk; and the addition of handicap ramps along the West side of S. 9th Street from Teal Road approximately 1250’ to the South and any other miscellaneous work pertaining to the project work area. (See Technical Specifications).
