This contract provides an opportunity to advance this mission through the development and demonstration of technologies and practices, such as Civil Integrated Management/Building Information Modeling (CIM)/(BIM) for infrastructure. In addition, this contract will advance the mission of automated equipment control, alternate project delivery and others to advance their integration into policies and practices.

This building will bring together multiple programs that include but not limited to Physical, and Biological Sciences, Nursing Technologies, Radiologic Sciences Technology, Surgical Technologies and Engineering. The building will contain contiguous blocks of laboratories that promote teaching and clear connectivity that create opportunities for student collaboration.

It also provides GSA IT the ability to stay secure with integrated cybersecurity tools and best practice guidance for over 150 technologies.
