This RFI replaces the RFI issued on November 7, 2019 titled OCSO - Technology Refresh Project and changes the name from OCSO - Technology Refresh Project to DHS HSPD-12 IDMS Technology Refresh Project.  The original response date remains unchanged.   Please note that although this RFI is classified as a Partial Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5) the classification is not applicable.   Please see attached RFI for further details.

The purpose of this 5 year Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) is to support the DHS Science and Technology (S&T) Public Safety and Violence Prevention (PSVP) Program. Issued along with this BAA is Call 0001 which includes three (3) separate technical topic areas seeking responses from industry.
