The National Institute of Health (NIH), Clinical Center (CC), intends to solicit a quote and enter into firm-fixed price to purchase Executive Information System (EIS) System Licenses and Maintenance renewal, with THUNDERCAT TECHNOLOGY, LLC. The renewal of the ThunderCat Technology EIS allows the CC departments and participating NIH institutes the ability to quickly access and analyze information across a broad range of hospital functions.

Further, the CIGIE Technology Committee is not at this time seeking proposals and will not accept unsolicited proposals.  Respondents are advised that the U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI; all costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the interested party’s expense. 

Agency for International Development (USAID) and its Mission in South Sudan, is seeking offers from qualified persons to provide Executive Office / IT Management personal services under contract as described in this solicitation. This solicitation in no way obligates USAID to award a PSC contract, nor does it commit USAID to pay any cost incurred in the preparation and submission of the offer.
