This post is to notify industry that the Army has decided to extend the Information Technology Infrastructure Support 2 (ITIS 2) for an addition 1 month with the option to extend for another 4 months. Attached is the approved Justification and Approval for this extension.
This is a non-personnel services contract to provide the U.S. Army Medical Research Institute of Infectious Diseases (USAMRIID) with Information Technology Services (ITS), Infrastructure Support Services (ISS), and Audio-Visual services (AVS) to include Audio/Video support for conference room refresh.
Infrastructure and Platform Services Compute, storage and backup both Cloud and on-premise2. Network Services Support of both Campus Wide and Mission Networks serving 140 buildings, 48,000 access points and over 6,500 employees and 30 Missions3. IT Information Services Level 1, 2 and 3 support for a variety of Information Services including monitoring, end-user support and triage/escalation4.
