The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to invite prospective consulting firms to complete an assessment of the Town’s current information technology environment and to create a five-year strategic plan.

2022-26 Information Technology Strategic Plan Project Description :This Request for Proposal (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of Castlegar (“the City”) to prospective respondents to submit proposals for an Information Technology Strategic Plan, The City of Castlegar desires to have an Information Technology Strategic Plan tailored for its needs.

Strategic Plan to guide the City in planning, procuring, implementing, and managing current and future IT investments and resources.

The successful Bidder (the “Vendor”) shall create a 5-year strategic plan that will position the Information Technology Division, technology tools and infrastructure, and IT Services to best meet the long term (5 - 10 years) needs of the Town of Caledon. To clarify, the strategic plan will chart out a 5 year plan but the impact of the plan is to consider the longer term of 5-10 years.
