No only the rooms the equipment is in. If so, what is the square footage minimum requirement, included furniture requirements, and what locations or number of electrical and data drops are to be included in the office?
The scope includes at a minimum 14 exam rooms, 2 procedure rooms, 2 telehealth stations, 4 endoscopy procedure rooms, 2 shelled endoscopy procedure rooms, scope washing and storage for 6+ procedures, 18 prep and recovery spaces, restrooms, breakroom, and infrastructure upgrades to meet programmatic needs. Conference space is desired. Additional deferred maintenance may be addressed when synergy with the project scope aligns.
MAT services are to be delivered predominantly by telehealth, with in-person services as needed or required, to AICs who are in community placement throughout the nation and where a need for MAT exist.
The new clinic space will house exam rooms for Primary Care, Women s Health and Clinical Video Telehealth (CVT) in addition to procedure room suites and all other required healthcare/administrative support areas including staff lounge, locker area, specialty staff offices, clean utility rooms, soiled utility rooms, equipment storage rooms, supply rooms and a medical storage room.
