The purpose and intent of this Invitation to Bid is to consolidate multiple temporary staffing contracts and secure a single fixed percentage mark-up to determine billable hourly rates, and establish a term contract for Temporary Staffing Services, as specified herein. OCPS will issue purchase orders on an as-needed basis.

These contingent workers will assist with the staffing needs of the State of Georgia, with needed help during peak demand periods, such as during elections, staffing shortages or the vacation of regular employees, without requiring the time, expense, and long-term commitment of hiring a new employee. Authorized Users of this contract, in their sole discretion, will establish work hours of temporary staff.
