INTENT AND PURPOSE OF THE CONTRACT The intent of this Proposal Invitation is to solicit sealed Proposals to establish a contract for various types of Temporary Personnel Staffing and Workforce Management Services that may be procured by Cooperative members.

The primary goal of this solicitation is to procure temporary medical workforce that has the skills, knowledge, abilities, and practical experience to accomplish the mission of NCSB in an expeditious manner. The workforce provided must treat the public, visitors, other vendor’s and City employees with care and consideration. This requires the Contractor to provide staff with strong customer skills and qualifications.
