Send completed CUI request to amy.heusser@gsa.gov.Project Scope:  The objective of this project is for tenant improvements and modernization of office space for Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) in the Historic Federal Building in Anchorage, Alaska.  The work has been fully designed.  This contract will be for construction only.

The cost of the improvements is part of Tenant Improvement (TI) costs. The Government will not compete with other facilities having exclusive rights in the Building. The Offeror shall advise the Government if such rights exist.

Page 2 of 8 Project Goals • The Moses Lake RC tenant improvements project will aim to address the condition and mission capability of the facility through a combination of sustainment, restoration, and modernization work. • Alteration is estimated to be within ~3,830 SF area, while sustainment will occur throughout the 30,395 SF footprint. This project combines modernization and sustainment/restoration work.

Regular maintenance is performed on all cars; however, the reliability of and tenant confidence in these cars has decreased. The equipment is approaching the end of its expected service life. This project is to modernize elevators with new nonproprietary controllers. Modernization will include all new machines, controls, and mechanical features resulting in more efficient and reliable elevators in the building.

A total of six buildings will receive tenant improvements including space re-configuration, associated MEP adjustments, and upgrade and modernization of finishes. The renovations which are between 10,000 and 60,000 SF per building will involve complex logistics between build out and move of various court departments.
