John's requires relocation of existing services adjacent to the Greenbelt Tennis Facility. The scope of this project generally involves the relocation of a section of watermain, a section of sewer main, proper abandoning of the storm main beneath the parking lot and facility and other miscellaneous items as outlined by the contract drawings and technical requirements.
Kennard Park is a 13.43-acre site with recreational amenities including a playground, basketball courts, tennis courts, athletic fields that accommodate both football and baseball, and two park buildings: one storage/restroom facility near the playground and a concession/restroom facility near the athletic fields.
