City is interested in entering into an agreement with a contractor who provide short term vehicle lease agreements, of no more than 12 months, for various makes and models of vehicles. These vehicles may be used for multiple purposes for many City Departments.

The vehicle rental / short term lease services provider shall be a company engaged in the business of vehicle rentals / short term lease services and shall supply vehicles six (6) model years old or newer. The vast majority of rentals / short term leases are of a minimum duration of one (1) month or longer, however, occasionally the need arises to rent / lease a vehicle on a daily basis.
