Terminal Box Controller (TEC) Replacements Project Description :The North and South Campuses of Bow Valley College have Siemens TEC controllers on the various Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) delivery devices. The existing TEC devices are at the end of life and beginning to fail.
SSA has a requirement for an authorized Siemens Service provider to provide technical support, preventive maintenance, software upgrades, training and repairs to all panels, controls, terminal box controllers, sensors, valves and damper actuators on the Siemens Building Technologies, Inc. Apogee Building Automation System as well as the lighting controls systems for equipment located at Social Security Administration Headquarters.
The AHU SoO should maintain the necessary SP to provide proper terminal box operation for the sensor with the lowest value. Include tuning dampers at each duct split location;All new system controls shall be Johnson Controls MetaSys.
