Work to be performed under this project includes but is not limited to General and HVAC air quality upgrades to existing public health facilities including ceiling repair, ductwork, terminal box, and AHU modifications. When applicable, the County shall obtain all rights of way and easements required for the project unless otherwise specified.

Buyer Contact: Shruti Acharya sacharya@gsu.edu +1 404-413-3168 Description: Purpose of Procurement Georgia State University (GSU, ¿Using Agency¿), is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from Mechanical Contracting firms interested in providing services for the project known as Project No. 0007-008-24, Langdale Hall 4th Floor, Terminal Units, Lights, and Ceiling Replacement at Georgia State
The proposed work is to replace the existing HPS luminaires in the Terminal 4 Parking Garage, stairwells and roof with new LED luminaires. All existing conduit and conductors are to remain, unless otherwise noted. Most of the fixture types to be replaced are the 'LP'. These ‘LP’ fixtures are specified with a NEMA l7-15P cord, plug, pendant stem, and mounting hook. Fixtures will utilize a wireless networked lighting control system.
The DTIE scope includes the replacement of ceilings and lighting in the Domestic Terminal including North and South ticketing halls, bag claim areas, and North/ South circulation corridor. The remaining portions of the Domestic Terminal including security checkpoints, crossovers, the Atrium, other connecting corridors, and the lower-level tunnels are excluded from this portion of the scope.
