It has been determined that SES Government Solutions, Inc is the sole provider of Wideband User Terminal Commercial Satellite Services for Ground Demonstration.NASA/NSSC will be the procuring center for this effort.
A solicitation will not be posted following this pre-solicitation notice.This is a service requirement for multi mission terminal with satellite commercial internet service to be provided by VIASAT INC as the Original Equipment Manufacturer.
One of our programs uses MSAT G2 terminals over the Ligado Network. This program provides a commercial satellite based subscription service for two-way, push-to-talk, dispatch radio, SMART talk groups, and voice telephony service for use by FEMA emergency responders. The service supports FEMA disaster response and recovery efforts and the continuity of operations (COOP) program nationwide.
