These design services are for the reconstruction of approximately 25,000 square yards of concrete pavement of the Terminal Loop Road located at RNO that is in very poor condition. The Terminal Loop Road Reconstruction Project consists of road reconstruction, sidewalk reconstruction, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) improvements, and safety/security Improvements.

It is the intent of the RTAA to select a qualified Contractor licensed to work in the State of Nevada to fully reconstruct the existing Portland cement concrete (PCC) portion of the Terminal Loop Road, including improvements associated with safety and security and the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA).

Loop Road Reconstruction Project Design Services.

The Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities (DOT&PF) in cooperation with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is soliciting comments and information on a proposal to improve Terminal Loop Road at Anchorage International Airport.  The purpose of the proposed project is rehabilitate the Terminal Loop Road beginning and ending at the South Aircraft Drive Intersection.

This federally funded project will rehabilitate approximately 9,250 feet of Terminal Loop Road.This project contains a Basic Bid and Additive Alternate No. 1. Basic Bid work includes pavement rehabilitation, curb, gutter, sidewalk, crosswalk, storm drain repairs, signing, striping, repairs to an existing mechanically stabilized earth (MSE) wall, lighting updates, and repairs to Bridge #1278.
