Is there a lead paint report for the buildings? Who is responsible for asbestos and/or lead paint abatement, if any of those areas are to be disturbed during installation?A7. There is a survey, however it is limited to its accuracy. Contractor shall provide a plan for routing and the VA shall conduct tests if necessary for possible ACM and or lead. The Contractor should utilize existing raceways to minimize impact. Q8.
The structures were surveyed for Asbestos Containing Material (ACM) and the tests came back positive, please refer to the Asbestos Survey Report for more information. See Attachment 02 4. Asbestos Containing Material has been removed from the structures by a licensed asbestos abatement contractor and disposed of at a state licensed disposal facility permitted to accept Asbestos Containing Material.
