The Government is conducting market research to identify potential sources that possess the expertise, capabilities, and experience to meet qualifications for the Chant 11639B Test Cell (or equivalent) requirement.

The upgrade will consist of modification to six (6) individual test cells in accordance with the Statement of Work. A Firm Fixed Price type contract is contemplated.    Estimated Delivery should be 36 months ARO. System for Award Management (SAM) is required to receive any award.
