SCOPE: Provide Camera Lab equipment, train the train training for cadre, and update support. This camera lab will have the ability to give the instructors the means to teach students on the ways of identifying/avoiding public camera technology, the use of AI and Facial recognition and tracking personnel through camera systems located in many large cities.

It is NOT a request for competitive quotations and in no way obligates the Government to award any contract/purchase order.The Fleet Readiness Center (FRC) East, MCAS Cherry Point, NC has a requirement to establish a contract for a turn-key replacement of the camera system for the RQ-21 engine test cell.
