Contractors will be required to offer their Pap Test Kits under the Cost-Per-Test (CPT) and/or Non-CPT pricing methodologies. Under the CPT pricing methodology, the contractor provides the testing equipment to the individual MTFs. The test kit unit price is inclusive of the equipment usage fee, maintenance, training, software upgrades, the pap test kit and consumables.
(v) This combined synopsis solicitation is for the procurement of Covid-19 CPT Test Kits as specified in the Statement of Need. Responses shall be on an all or none bases, no partial submission. The Government reserves the right to make no award at all.
