This is a Pre-Solicitation notice for the procurement of Repair and Calibration of three (3) Monitor Test Stands In Accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). FOB destination is Tinker AFB, OK. This requirement is a sole source acquisition to Mission Systems Davenport, Inc.
The Government’s requirement is for the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) to perform repairs at FRC-East of the OEM’s commercial gearboxes in the following test stands (all utilized by shop 94315): H-53 Main Gearbox (MGB) Test Stand Repair, V-22 Proprotor Gearbox (PRGB) Repair, H-53 Tail and Intermediate Gearbox (T&I) Repair, and H-53 Nose Gearbox (NGB) Repair.

Repairs of various T-20 and T-21 engine test stands, adapter kits, and ID&C as well as supporting the relocation and commissioning of test stands as required due to relocation.
