The scope of work envisions one (1) test plan for each device, utilizing a critical crash test matrix outlining, testing, and analysis methodology that will be pre-approved by FHWA in advance of any testing. It is the Offeror’s responsibility to propose the number of tests deemed necessary and technically acceptable (using a critical matrix) to meet the requirements and objectives of this Contract.
The FAA is seeking interested sources that are capable of providing Test Aircraft for Wet Runway Wheel Braking Testing. A draft Statement of Work and a draft Test Plan has been attached to this RFI. The FAA asks that industry review and provide capability statements in response to the attached draft Statement of Work and draft Test Plan. Capability Statements must not exceed 5 pages, and must address, at a minimum, the following: 1.
