This RFI requests information about current domestic inventories of immediately availability Over the Counter (OTC) rapid antigen SARS-CoV-2 tests that are in current inventories within U.S. facilities. This RFI is not a request for competitive proposals: therefore, responses to this notice are not considered offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract.

At the time that the contract was written there were very few resources with the specific goal of improving diagnostic quality and safety.
