Description This Contract shall be subject to the New York City Housing Authority's Project Labor Agreement (PLA). As part of its bid and no later than three (3) business days after the bid opening, the Bidder must submit Letters of Assent to the Project Labor Agreement signed by the Bidder and each of the Bidder's proposed Subcontractors.
