The U.S Army Corps of Engineers - Philadelphia District has a requirement for a firm-fixed price (FFP) purchase order for DQM Monitoring System Recertifcation and Operation and Dredging Endangered Specie System (ODESS).The major scope of work includes the inspection, repair, calibratation and recertification of the Dredging Quality Management (DQM) system onboard the Dredge McFARLAND and to be present for testing of the system by USACE DQM personnel
The work includes fabrication of a mounting platform, demolition of existing service, relocation of two (2) HVAC condenser units, installation of new refrigerant lines, charging with refrigerant, electrical hookup to USACE provided disconnect, testing of system for leaks and functionality, and one (1) year warranty. USACE will provide crane and crane operator during the work.
Reports shall be submitted to the USACE assigned Project Engineer within 3 working day from date of the inspection. ii.
