This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested based on the written solicitation as attached to this announcement.The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) offices in the Houston, Texas metropolitan area require courier services for the delivery of boxes and mail to various offices, off-site training locations and post offices located in the metroplex. This will be an ongoing requirement.
The Contractor shall provide for the West Texas Veterans Affairs Health Care system (WTVAHCS) Courier services to transport laboratory specimens, supplies, medical equipment, records, miscellaneous items, and mail to and from WTVAHCS s VA Clinics and the WTVAHCS Medical Center main campus. Service shall also include occasional courier service between each of the VA Clinics.
NOTE: Respondent claiming SDVOSB and VOSB status shall be registered and CVE verified in VetBiz Registry https://www.vip.vetbiz.va.gov/ Project requirements: To provide a Full Service for Courier Services for VA hospitals in Texas including Dallas, Temple, Valley Costal Bend and may add additional hospitals.
This requirement is a 100 % Service-Disabled, Veteran Owned Small Business set-aside and only qualified vendors may submit a quote. Wage Determination 2015-5234, Rev. 13, dated 12/23/2019, is associated with this acquisition.
