Board (SPB) is requesting bids from qualified vendors to demolish and dispose of existing carpet, and install new carpet in Herzstein Hall, an approximately seven thousand square foot (7,000sf) room inside the Bullock Texas State History Museum.

Item 8: Past Projects with Corresponding References The selected Contractor(s) shall provide complete renovation of the catering kitchen at the Bob Bullock Texas State History Museum which has been cleared for construction per the Project Plan in Attachment A. The renovations will convert the catering kitchen into a Mother’s Room at the Bob Bullock Texas State History Museum.

The quality of service is evident to occupants and those who visit the historic spaces in the Capitol and Grounds, Texas State Cemetery, Governor's Mansion and Bullock State History Museum.
