The Architect of the Capitol (AOC), Acquisition & Material Management Division (AMMD) has need  to Upgrade the Existing Data Center at the Thurgood Marshall Federal Judiciary Building (TMFJB). General Description of Scope of Services:The current TMFJB Judicial Data Center infrastructure is nearing the end of its life cycle for the major components, which was designed prior to the building’s occupancy in 1992.

The Request for Proposals is for the construction of the Elevator Controllers Replacement and Upgrades at the Thurgood Marshall Federal Judiciary Building (TMFJB). The project includes the upgrade of 18 elevators at the TMFJB. The elevators consist of 5 hydraulic elevators, 12 traction elevators and 1 traction service elevator. The goal of the project is to upgrade the elevators to modernize the system operation and be code compliant.
