For the City's main pool: 1) Demolition of the plaster surface down to the gunite shell and replastering with a polished pebble finish; replacement and repair of tile work and trim. 2)Replacement of the circulation pump and motor unit with a new energy efficient model, including removing and replacing the corroded electrical conduits and associated wiring.
Moderate modification to a (2)-stall bath/shower in relocating the shower valve/head, new enclosure, and Ceramic tile replacement. Work also includes selective demolition, mason work repair, minor landscaping and glazier work. The Project will be bid as LUMP SUM.
The main improvements include drywall removal, replacement and finishing, wall relocations, removal and replacement of floor coverings, removal and replacement of ceiling grid and tiles, replacement of plumbing, fixtures, tile work in showers and restrooms, grading and landscaping improvements. Project estimate $500,000.
