The City of San Antonio is soliciting bids for purchase of Tire Rubber Modified Surface Seal (TRMSS) for the Street Maintenance Division of the Public Works Department to be utilized at various locations throughout the City. TRMSS is a type of cationic rubberized slurry seal that provides the durability of a conventional slurry seal along with the uniform black appearance and environmental benefits of a tire rubber modified emulsion.
Unless otherwise noted, there is no charge to the vendor to participate in this solicitation. Denton County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, to waive any informality in any bid, and to accept the bid(s) which, in its discretion, is in the best interest of Denton County. These are the truck components that need to be cleaned.
