The resulting contract will provide the State with long distance & toll free services which shall be terminated via dedicated access circuits and/or Common Business Lines (CBLs).
Project Summary: The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, materials, tools, equipment and supervision to provide a dedicated toll-free fraud and ethics hotline and internet-based reporting system on a 24/7 basis to receive complaints regarding alleged corruption, fraud, waste and abuse or other wrongdoing in connection with the Airports Authority workforce.
