The scope of work includes Pre-construction Services and Construction Management Services for the upgrade to the life safety systems located at the Tonopah Residence Hall on the UNLV Maryland Campus. The Project will include but not be limited to upgrades to the existing sprinkler system in the north tower; the replacement of the FACP, and the addition of a smoke purge system tied into the new FACP. 1.

Lot 1 consists of the following six (6) buildings: Dayton Complex – North (DAY-N); Dayton Complex – South (DAY-S); Gym Road Residence Hall – Building B (RHB); Mitzi and Johnny Hughes Residence Hall (HUH); Tonopah Residence Complex – Center/South (TON-C/S); and Tonopah Residence Complex – North (TONN).
