The City of Napa Tourism Improvement District’s (City of Napa TID) Local Governing Committee (Committee) seeks a qualified consultant to develop a five-year strategic plan and roadmap of high-priority steps to achieve the City of Napa TID’s overall mission.

The new Tourism Development Strategy is to act as the ‘guide’ for the Explore Wilsonville destination-marketing and tourism-promotion program for the next 10 years and is the subject of this RFP.
