The purpose of this amendment is to address the second set of questions (9 - 15) asked during the question period. FAR 52.252-3 is updated. The request for quotes due date has changed from September 18, 2017 to September 20, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. Central Time.
The lock consists of various systems to be rehabilitated including the hardwired relay logic based controls, miter gate and culvert valve controls, hardwired interlock system, motor control centers, control consoles and control panels, emergency gate control system, tow haulage control, water level monitoring system, traffic light controls, siren and air horn controls, and gate bubbler control system.
