The City of Nashua, NH, herein referred to as “the City”, is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for the Hunt Memorial Building Tower Restoration. The Scope of Work for this project may be found in Exhibit A of this request.

Removal and replacement of the existing closed-loop, 56 tons cooling tower with a new Direct replacement closed-loop, model number BAC CCT NS- BAC VFL-036-32M. All exterior piping is to be heat-traced and insulated with metal jackets. Work also may include minor alterations to the existing concrete pad as well as all associated piping and electrical requirements.
