This project specifies the following work:The power supply for the Fire Department in the Tower Barracks (Grafenwoehr), building # 521, is safeguarded by an emergency power generator.  This emergency power generator is defect and needs to be repaired.  However due to permanent extensions of the Fire Department power of the emergency power generator is not more sufficient.
