These services will be used for accident scenes, abandoned vehicles, arrest, etc. The services will also include towing of city owned fleet vehicles.  Generally, tows will originate at a location within the city limits, and terminate at the City Auto Pound, City Equipment Services shop, or other location designated by City staff. Contract to begin on or after August 24, 2019. .

The County of Butte is soliciting for a firm to provide County-Wide towing servcies for the AbandonedVehicle Abatement and Nuisance Abatement Programs along with the occational towing of County vehicles as needed. Please see the RFP 72-24 document for specifications.

The Contractor shall have a sufficient number of tow trucks of adequate size and capacity in legal working condition, together with operating personnel, to respond to requests for towing, roadside assistance, removal and disposal of abandoned vehicles, and impound services within the times specified under response times.
