All computations prepared by the Contractor for alignment of circular curves and spiral run-offs shall be submitted to the Engineer for review and approval prior to commencement of any track realignment under this Section. M. All crossties and switch timber shall be tamped tightly to provide good bearing against the base of the rail after the track is raised to true surface.
