The City of College Station is soliciting Proposal(s) (RFP’s) from firm(s) who are interested and qualified to conduct a Traffic Congestion & Mobility Analysis. It is the intent of the City of College Station to select a single consultant to accomplish all the services outlined in this Request for Proposal.
Encourage and enable K-8 schoolchildren, parents, and families to walk and bike to and from school, reducing morning and afternoon traffic congestion created by school drop-off and pick-up. Educate K-8 schoolchildren, parents and families on safe walking and biking practices. Educate the public on traffic laws, safety and benefits of walking, bicycling and other active transportation modes.
