Pursuant to FAR 13.106-1(b), the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) intends to solicit a quotation to award a sole source purchase order with Cumberland Valley Volunteer Firemen’s Association (CVVFA) Grant Management Office, for the purchase of Traffic Incident Management (TIM) Responder Line of Duty Deaths and Injuries Data Collection and Reporting Project services for the performance period of 18 months.

REACT provides emergency arterial incident management support for partnering agencies when an incident requires a closure of a roadway for at least two hours. REACT also coordinates with the Arizona DOT (ADOT) Incident Response Unit (IRU), which is ADOT’s freeway incident response team and the Arizona Department of Public Service (AZDPS), to support arterial traffic management during events that require closure of a freeway or freeway ramp.
