Route 4 (Woodstock Avenue) The first component of the Traffic Safety Plan shall be focused on vehicular traffic safety. The study should identify, evaluate, prioritize, and plan for reconfiguration of troublesome intersections. The study would look to improve the physical geometry of the intersections, road design and traffic signalization. The second component of the Traffic Safety Plan shall be focused on pedestrian safety.
