The purpose of this contract is to furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, transportation, materials,supplies and incidentals to perform deferred trail maintenance within Hells Canyon Wilderness in Idaho,within Hells Canyon National Recreation Area.The trail to be maintained under this solicitation is the Sheep Creek Trail #53, located in the Seven DevilsMountains, Hells Canyon Wilderness, Hells Canyon Nationial Recreation area of Idaho.

Forest Service requires deferred trail maintenance on trails across the Flathead National Forest. This project is one of the implementation projects of the Great American Outdoors Act (GAOA). The goal of the GAOA project is to reduce deferred maintenance of recreation infrastructure.The resultant award will require performance of trail maintenance work on the Flathead National Forest.

Wilderness horse and hiker trails shall be cleared to standard trail clearing specifications. There are no special project specification.Four optional line items complete remaining deferred maintenance to bring these trails up to USFS maintenance standards.

Attached is the solicitation and associated documents for the Nez-Perce-Clearwater Deferred Trail Maintenance project on the Nez Perce-Clearwater, National Forests which replaces RFQ 1284LL22Q0039.
