The Deer Park Ranger Station rehabilitation project requires the demolition of the current ranger station and separate restroom buildings, as well as the construction of a new 4800 SF Ranger Station with adjacent public restrooms. The Campsite Training Center project entails the construction of a new 1,200 SF facility that will consist of two offices and a community room. The intent of this synopsis is to make notice of a proposed contract action for a Design-Build (DB) construction project for the Reserve Training Center Complex, JEB Little Creek, Virginia Beach, VA. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The work includes will construct an approximately 40,000 SF Joint Reserve Center facility at JEB Little Creek Base Norfolk, Virginia for Joint Marine and Navy operations.

This project currently has an estimated construction budget of $15,000,000. OSBM provided grant (50481) to construct a state-of-the-art fire emergency services training center on the Catawba River as appropriated by the North Carolina General Assembly in the Current Operations Appropriations Act of 2021 (SL 2021-180) as modified by SL 2021-189.
