THEREFORE, HCA and The Alliance for Rights and Recovery enter into this Contract, the terms and conditions of which will govern Contractor’s providing to HCA the Supported Employment Training Services. IN CONSIDERATION of the mutual promises as set forth in this Contract, the parties agree as follows: 1. STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW) The Contractor will provide the services and staff as described in Attachment 1: Statement of Work. 2.
