The STRONG STAR Training Initiative is led by Katy Dondanville, PsyD, ABPP and Brooke Fina, LCSW, BCD. Dr. Dondanville, Ms. Fina, and the Training Initiative team have treated more veterans and service members utilizing these therapies than anyone in the country.
The BCER is seeking a qualified individual or organization to complete the development of supplementary modules specific to surface production equipment, to help support this ongoing training initiative. The BCER is in the process of updating current internal training practices and developing a comprehensive training program to better align with the advancing technology in British Columbia’s oil and gas industry.
