This is a pre-solicitation notice for constructing the Trans-Regional Logistics Complex (TLC) project at Al Udeid Air Base, State of Qatar. The TLC is a programmed Military Construction (MILCON) project. Project Scope: Construct a new Trans-Regional Logistics Complex to include a climate controlled warehouse, a 50-person dormitory and an operational vehicle facility.
USAID/West Africa (WA) is a regional mission that covers a large and dynamic sub regioncomprising 21 countries and a wide range of ethnic, linguistic, socio- economic, and political contexts.USAID/WA implements trans boundary and regional programs, bilateral programs, and programs innon-and limited-presence countries (NPCs/LPCs); and provides business advisory services to multipleUSAID Operating Units (OUs).
The Plan and its scenarios were developed using the most up-to-date regional travel data and long-range travel demand models (TRANS models) available at the time (2011). New regional residential travel data was collected in late 2022 and is expected to be available in mid-2023. In addition, new interprovincial commercial vehicle data and a new regional TRANS model are expected to be available in 2024.
