Provider may not refuse to perform any service (trips) designed to be delivered through this agreement or refuse to provide the service (or any portion thereof) without authorization by Hall County. The transit provider will enter specified contracts, as outlined by the State of Nebraska, with Non-Emergency Medical Providers (NEMT.) The transit provider may select these NEMT providers.
Assist in the development of feeder routes through cooperation with new or existing local transit providers or human services agencies to provide rural residents with greater access to the regional or national intercity network.
