MINIMUM PROPOSER REQUIREMENTS Proposers must demonstrate they meet the following minimum requirements: At least 5 years of experience providing risk management agent of record services with public sector accounts. Be licensed and in good standing with the State of Oregon. The Proposer’s proposal must include responses to the Proposal Questions.

Additionally, the services will assist with determination of medical benefits, and actions necessary to continue support for the Health Plan Shared Services Initiatives and administrative tasks associated with the responses to DoD Inspector General, Government Accountability Office audit requirements, Congressional testimony, and responses to Congressional correspondence or other Federal audit entities.See the attached notice for details.
