The County of Riverside Purchasing Department on behalf of the Riverside County Probation Department is seeking proposals from entities interested in providing emergency and transitional housing services and corresponding facility management services as part of the County of Riverside's Public Safety Realignment Emergency and Transitional Housing Programs. These programs will be administered by the Riverside County Department of Mental Health.

The Department is seeking twenty-two (22) beds and services for the express purpose of transitional housing programs for adults who have severe mental illness or severe persistent illness and are eligible for community mental health services and no longer meet the level of care provided by New Hampshire Hospital or Designated Receiving Facilities.

Description The New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), Division of Behavioral Health (DBH), is accepting applications from vendors to provide the transitional housing services for adults eligible for community mental health services in accordance with Administrative Rule Chapter He-M 401, Community Mental Health, Eligibility Determination and Individual Service Planning.
