Trader’s Point Lake spillway is owned and operated by Lakeside Improvement Association, Inc., a non-profit Homeowner’s Association (“HOA”). The spillway was built in 1926 and was rated “Conditionally Poor” during the 2017 5 year inspection process by Indiana Department of Natural Resources (IDNR).
